"This place is genius, they have mint soft serve and chocolate soft serve, and the twist of these two?! That’s mint chip lovers paradise. This place is literally a hole in the wall has 4 flavors, the line can be long but moves fast. The other flavors are vegan, so if you are vegan here you can find two flavors of soft serve."

"Absolutely adore this place! They offer dairy and vegan rotating flavors, which pro: you get to look forward to new/seasonal flavors - but con: they might be gone by the time you go! But, that's a great excuse to get soft serve 2x per month. Their vegan Watermelon dole whip x Vanilla was truly one of my top 3, and I can't wait to try their Thai tea!!"

"Delightful! Check Instagram for most up to date hours and flavors. They are limited, but oh so good! Focus is on soft serve unlike the Broad Street location. We tried both the vegan and dairy options. The dairy blood orange was incredibly creamy and the vegan chocolate was super silky. I got the chocolate dip as a topping for the vegan chocolate. We walked around the neighboring playground/small park nearby while we savored these treats. Like a lot of good establishments in Richmond, there was a line, but it was worth it. Just be prepared to wait a bit. Service is quick and friendly!"

"The Orange Dole whip was delicious and it was vegan, definitely hit the spot! I asked for a small vanilla soft serve with sprinkles also, per serving size it was still a lot for me, I really just wanted a taste of the vanilla and the cone lol...so no one bash the size of my vanilla ice cream, I specifically asked for that. Thank you to the staff I interacted with for not judging me. My overall experience also very friendly and the service was quick. The ice cream was yummy and I recommend checking out Charm School for yourself!"

"We stopped by to check out Charm School’s new Study Hall location currently soft opening at the new Hill Standard location. Presently the location is only serving soft serve in vanilla, chocolate and swirl. The chocolate was rich and satisfying without going overboard. Topped with a simple fresh cake cone and chocolate jimmies it hit the perfect spot. The vanilla topped with birthday cake crunch was perfect - not cloyingly sweet with vanilla notes throughout. Vegan choices and additional toppings are also available. Service was quick and friendly. This location is not currently accepting cash so bring your card and imagination!"

"I visited Charm School Study Hall this past Sunday and ordered the orange creamsicle vanilla twist in a cup with a cone. It started melting instantly and dripped everywhere, but the flavor was utterly delicious! I had to eat it quickly, but it was worth every bite. Service was quick and efficient. Can't wait to go back and try their other flavors! Highly recommended for soft serve lovers."

"Great spot to get some ice cream! Solid 4/5 overall! I went with the Pineapple Dole Whip flavor in a cup. They give you a fair amount of ice cream and the flavor was delicious. The pineapple wasn't too overbearingly sweet, it was just right. The menu was quite limited however, but they do have the regular flavors you'd find anywhere. Next time, I think I'd try the Pineapple Dole Whip Swirl, as it seemed like a fan favorite amongst my group."

"Favorite place to get ice cream because VEGAN SOFT SERVE!! They have awesome seasonal items that change regularly. My personal favorite is National Watermelon Day. Always delicious and hits the spot. The parking lot is small but there’s always at least one spot. Make sure you go early when they have the limited items because they will run out!"
